    CommuniCare Health Centers will be hosting a Farmers' Market on the first and third Thursday from April to November at its West Campus location on 1102 Barclay Street. CommuniCare farmers' markets provide an access point to health resources for patrons: besides produce and other fresh foods expected at a market, participants may be able to obtain healthy recipes, cooking demonstrations, general wellness pamphlets, and other health-promotion materials from local health experts.     Returning and enrolling in college is just around the corner. CommuniCare Health Centers currently offer affordable medical and behavioral health care to college students at a flat fee of $50.00 per visit.
