    In 2014, CommuniCare Health Centers sponsored racecar driver Dwain Groff and his 1934 Ford Coupe Racecar (# 14) to represent the CommuniCare brand in the Dwarf Car Racing Series of Texas (DCSRST). Dwain ended the 2014 racing season in second place for the entire series and was selected by the group as Sportsman of the Year.
