The Barrio Family Health Center, CommuniCare's west-side San Antonio clinic, will begin offering after-hours minor care services on Monday, October 4th to help patients avoid costly trips to the emergency room for minor ailments.
Services will be offered Monday through Friday from 6pm to 9pm by entering through the east entrance. Patients will be seen on a first come, first serve basis; therefore, no appointments will be necessary. Medicare and Medicaid will be accepted and all other patients will pay a $55 flat fee for services rendered.
