CommuniCare Health Centers offers a variety of careers opportunities for individuals with different professional credentials and educational backgrounds. After a 90-day probationary period, full time employees are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance and a bonus incentive program that is currently given when quarterly organizational goals are met. We also have a very robust 401(k) plan with comprehensive investment options with very competitive employer contributions, for employees after their first anniversary of service.
