CommuniCare Health Centers is currently in the process of migrating from paper to electronic medical records (EMR) at the Dr. Frank Bryant Health Center.

The EMR implementation will impact our pediatric department during the month of December and then our family medicine clinics in January. 

During this time, appointment availability will be limited in our pediatric and family clinics.  We recommend that patients replenish their medications and supplies and schedule their next appointment well in advance.  If you need a prescription refill, please contact the pharmacy at the Dr. Frank Bryant Health Center at 210.233.7053.
