Metabolic Care Services

Our Metabolic Care services is provided through our Health Outcomes Centers (HOC) at the Hamilton Wolfe Campus. HOC offers a multidisciplinary team that dedicates itself to the optimal management of the needs for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients who are seeking help with obesity and weight loss along with their related co-morbidities. By using multiple weight loss tools, we eliminate traditional barriers that patients face when receiving care from multiple specialties in different practices.

Our center gives patients access to clinicians in obesity medicine, bariatric surgery, nutrition, diabetes care, and psychiatry all in one location. 

Our Center’s collaborative and diverse team of clinicians offer the full spectrum of weight loss options:

• Medical options, including lifestyle changes and FDA-approved weight loss medications
• Endoscopic approaches, including gastric balloons
• Minimally invasive surgical options, including Endoscopy, Laparoscopic Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass, Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band (LAPBAND®), or Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy
